Prof. Doc. Dr. Zafer Kahraman

Dr. Zafer Kahraman holds LLB, LLM and PhD degrees from Galatasaray University, and BEcon from İstanbul University. He obtained his post-doctoral qualification (habilitation) from Turkish Inter-University Council.

He currently works as Vice Dean and Associate Professor at Bahçeşehir University Law Faculty.

He is attorney at law registered at İstanbul Bar Association.

He is also appointed as arbitrator in several disputes under Istac Rules.

He has many articles and books published as a contribution to Turkish and international private law. He speaks Turkish, English and French fluently. He also has working knowledge of German and Italian.

Serdar Uygur

He was born in Istanbul in 1978. He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2002. He started his career as a lawyer registered with Istanbul Bar Association in 2004 and started his master's degree in Private Law at Galatasaray University.

He started working for Turkish Airlines at the end of 2004.

Respectively Specialist (2005), Labor Law Specialist (2006-2007), Lawyer (2008), Tehran Manager (2008-2010), Geneva Manager (2010-2012), Yeşilköy Sales Manager (2012), Overseas Labor Relations Manager (2013), Travel Management Manager (2013), Head of Human Resources (2013-2016).

In 2017, he was elected as the Deputy Chairman of the General Assembly of the Hava-İş Union.

In 2019, he actively returned to the legal profession.

He is fluent in Persian.
